Ashley Chin
Ashley is the Owner + Lead Stylist of Glam Bridal Beauty. She is a licensed Cosmetologist, with 14 years of experience in the Beauty Industry. She graduated from The Temple, A Paul Mitchell Partner School, and has continued to receive extensive training. Ashley is passionate about the Bridal Industry, and is always finding innovative ways to grow as a stylist, and to improve and perfect her technique both in the salon and in her Bridal H&MU expertise. Ashley has attended Hair and Makeup shows in NYC, Vegas, and Baltimore. She is also the owner/stylist of her salon studio located in Sola Salon Suites in Frederick, MD. With 14 years of Bridal H&MU experience + a love for efficiency, Ashley is a FAST stylist (while seeming perfectly at ease, calm and confident), averaging 15 minutes per service per person, while not missing a beat on top quality. JoJo has been a Lead Stylist with Glam Bridal Beauty for over 8 years! JoJo is a licensed Cosmetologist who graduated from The Temple, A Paul Mitchell Partner School. JoJo brings a sweet and encouraging personality, a strong work ethic, and top notch talent. JoJo has a dynamic work history, from being skilled Bridal Hair and Makeup Artist, to a Salon Owner at My Salon Suites where she does cuts and color, a skilled cake artist featured on Food Network’s Cake Wars to 27 years in Multifamily Property Management to being a volunteer EMT/Firefighter. The common denominator between every job JoJo embraces is ensuring the people she interacts with feel better about themselves. When it comes to brides and their bridal party, the opportunity to listen to their desires and make naturally enhancing changes one detail at a time showcases how important every relationship is to JoJo. Creating a positive, calming ambiance while perfecting looks with touches of sparkle and beauty is JoJo’s signature style.
Gina Deater
Gina is a talented Lead Stylist with 8 years of experience in the industry! She is a licensed Cosmetologist who graduated from a Career + Tech program. Gina’s first love in the Beauty Industry has always been Bridal! Growing up, Gina was always the one her friends would ask to do hair and makeup for their dances and a team hairstylist for her hockey and lacrosse teams. Her love for all things Glam started early, and she has perfected her trade over the years! Gina is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet! She is a pro at copying photos of bridal looks for her clients. She is passionate about making people look and feel beautiful and confident, ranging in looks from natural beauty to high Glam! Her work is perfect for photos, video, and in person! She is a calm Wedding Day presence. Gina loves to serve, and does it all with a smile.
Khloe Rutherford
Khloe is a fun, talented lead stylist who has been in the bridal + beauty industry for over 12 years! She is a licensed Cosmetologist who graduated from Paul Mitchell The School Jessup. She specializes in all things GLAM from natural beauty to turning the volume allll the way up to high glam. She can keep things soft and natural, or if you are more of an all-out glam, double lash, deep contour, sharp brows, glitter anywhere kinda girl, she loves to bring your vision to life. She’s always smiling, always ready to serve, and always talented.
Jami Lake || Lead Stylist/Assist
As Lead Assistant, Jamie Lake is a licensed cosmetologist at Glam Bridal Beauty. Glam has become a family to her and a place for brides and their bridal parties to feel beautiful from prep to party time. Making people feel pretty and adding a sparkle to their looks and lives while being part of their big day is one of Jamie’s most treasured parts of the job. Charity Chin || Glam Admin
Meet Charity! Charity is our Glam Admin, keeping us operating smoothly and efficiently. She coordinates availability with Glam Stylists for our Brides on their Special Day, and sends that first email back with all of the info the Bride needs to book their date with us. She keeps our contracts & day-of info in perfect order, and is a solid backbone to the company! Fun fact, Charity is Ashley’s sister-in-love, and Ashley had the privilege of doing her hair and makeup for her wedding back in October 25th, 2013! Charity can rock a bold lip beautifully, but if we’re being honest, the most beautiful thing about her is her heart of gold, and the way she loves like Jesus.
